香港创业团队在内地为何火不起来? 新浪财经App:直播上线 博主一对一指导 新浪港股APP:实时行情 独家内参   港股还值不值得投资?出现了什么问题?未来出路在哪里?新浪港股发起“港股还有没有吸引力”大讨论,以理性、建设性的态度,欢迎关注港股、关注资本市场的人士,一起为港股建言献策,共谋港股市场的明天。来稿请至hkstock_biz@sina 。   证券时报记者 张国锋   10月12日,2016年全国大众创业万众创新活动周在深圳正式启动。毗邻深圳的香港,也派出了不少团队参加本次活动。与过去一直被诟病不愠不火的氛围相比,香港在近两年也渐渐燃起创业的热潮,甚至有不少团队希望能够打进内地市场。不过,受限于各种因素影响,能够在内地取得成功的香港创业团队,似乎在市面上非常罕见。   有香港创业团队在接受证券时报记者采访时表示,虽然香港近年大力倡导创新,但社会对新鲜事物的接受度仍然不高,公司产品缺乏广泛应用的平台。另外,香港市场上的创投基金长期由外国投资者把持,这类基金对香港本土的创业文化认知有限,习惯用欧美投资思维考虑问题,强调企业的短期盈利能力,因此很少有香港团队可以拿到他们的资金。而政府主导的创投基金,在申请程序上比较繁琐,资金使用上也有很多限制。例如数码港孵化器基金采用的是实报实销形式,需要创业团队申请资金之前先垫付费用,这对初创公司流动资金造成很大的压力。   在采访过程当中,证券时报记者发现,香港的创业团队还有这样一个特点,就是喜欢把产品做出来之后,先往台湾市场、东南亚市场甚至欧美市场推,之后再输送回内地。但这样的节奏,往往让这些创业公司在内地市场“一败涂地”,甚至落得“渣都不剩”的下场。例如香港曾十分著名的即时聊天软件Talkbox,在发布之后曾风靡香港、欧美市场,但最终被晚于其出现的微信在内地市场全面击溃。如今在排名前几位的即时聊天软件里,根本没有Talkbox的踪迹。   针对这一情况,香港青年联会主席吴杰庄认为,过去香港的创业团队之所以更偏好国际市场而不是内地市场,主要是因为两地存在文化上的差异。“很多香港创业团队来了内地之后,发现自己水土不服,做不下去,就退出去了。”他说,相比较香港与内地的文化差异,由于香港此前曾作为英国的殖民地,西方文化色彩更加浓重,因此与欧美、东南亚等地的文化差异显得更小一些。“不能说他们不重视内地市场,他们现在更加清楚内地市场是全世界最厉害的,所以都想进来,不过这个过程很难。”   吴杰庄坦言,纯粹的香港创业团队,受限于两地文化差异和对内地市场不了解的因素影响,想要在内地取得成功几乎不太可能。近年来,越来越多的香港创业团队,在人员构成和业务构成当中,加入了内地元素。博博熊原本是一个纯粹的香港团队,专注于教育领域的研发,在软件、品牌上已经在香港有一定的基础。但为了进入内地市场,博博熊团队在吴杰庄的介入下,开始加入内地元素,通过在深圳的工厂生产出硬件,让整个项目成为一个兼顾软件和硬件的整体,开发出了包括人工智能、体感教学等在内的一系列让孩子能够在寓教于乐的环境中学习的产品。在吴杰庄看来,这就是深港合作、或者说香港创业团队想要进入内地市场,值得一试的好方法。   前海梦工场作为一家极具深港合作特色的孵化器,近两年成为了许多香港团队进入内地市场的一个突破口。香港创业团队Air Button,设计的产品是一款手机多功能的外置按键,可以让用户创作长长的连锁指令,包括紧急警报、一键启动APP、播放音乐、拨打电话等等。据公司CEO黄议德介绍,这款产品目前主要在欧美销售,也得到了日本方面的相关支持。但他看到,全球最大的市场还是在内地,因此,他想通过进驻前海梦工场的方式,来找到与内地合作、进入内地的机会。“朋友介绍我来前海梦工场,前海管理局也主动跟我们联系和介绍,一起探讨在国内市场的使用情况和前景,这是吸引我的地方。”黄议德说。   “随着前海梦工场的逐渐成熟,越来越多香港的创业团队会主动来找我,问我怎么进驻的事情。”前海管理局香港事务首席联络官洪为民说,事实上,香港和内地的创业团队差异并不大,但是两地市场差异则是巨大的。“在香港的创业公司通常估值偏低,要价也不高。加上香港市场确实不大,他们的眼光通常没有那么广阔。”不过洪为民也感受到,随着两地交流的加深,许多香港创业团队也将自己的发展眼光放在内地市场上,而深港无论在官方还是在民间,也为两地创业团队的交流搭建了越来越多的桥梁。   “过去香港人在内地创业,很多是利用深圳的高技术人员,开发的东西还是针对香港市场,现在他们则转向了内地市场甚至国际市场。”在洪为民看来,香港创业者的头脑比较活跃,而且传统的文化创意方面比内地要强。“之前香港的文化创意产业进来内地确实比较少,但是近两年明显多了起来,他们留意到在内地也有市场。加上现在的文化创意跟技术联系也比较紧密,他们会利用内地在AR、VR等技术比较强的优势,来做自己的创业。”   在分析为何香港创业团队在内地表现不尽如人意的原因时,洪为民指出,除了文化差异之外,中国市场的多样性和复杂性,是让香港创业团队无法适应的重要原因。“内地有各地的消费文化,各个地方的成熟度差异也很大,不像香港市场是一个比较稳定的环境,需要的速度并不快。在内地,同样是大城市,武汉和上海的差异都很大,而且需要创业团队在推广的速度上做得很快,否则就会被对手率先占领一些市场。这都是需要香港的团队,在进驻内地的时候学习的,这个过程会很长。”   在洪为民看来,香港的创业团队目前想要打开内地市场,最好的方法还是通过一些内地的孵化器,跟内地的创业团队多交流、了解内地各个地方的情况;另外通过内地的孵化器可以跟内地的投资者多对接,让投资者为他们提供好的人脉关系和经验,减少自己失败的概率。 进入【新浪财经股吧】讨论相关的主题文章:
